We have a number of projects underway, but we are particularly excited to share with you the Matrix Business Centre in Kelowna.
The multi-unit strata Matrix Business Centre project at the Kelowna Airport will boast 45,000 sq ft of finished area. The construction will also provide 9 units that can accommodate purchasers’ warehouse and office needs.
This is a brand new Precast concrete warehouse development that affords businesses the ability to combine spaces. Precast concrete is a quality construction material that provides uniformity, durability and versatility.
Construction is currently underway on the Matrix Business Centre and it is estimated this project will be completed in August 2021.
