There has been a growing demand for multi-family rental properties in this thriving Okanagan community. To help meet that demand with a fresh and functional residential structure, Stretch Construction will be constructing a new multi-family rental building. This building will be located in a desirable area in Kelowna with its high exposure location.
Stretch is currently driving the design and coordinating with engineers. This will create an efficient design that takes constructability into account as well as functionality for the occupants after the owner takes possession.
