Downtown Kelowna Mixed-Use Build
This new mixed-use project will be located in downtown Kelowna. You will find retail, office and residential spaces within this seven-story precast concrete building.
The design includes two levels of both below and above ground parkades and three commercial levels for retail and office spaces. The top two levels will be reserved for penthouse residents with spectacular views of Kelowna from their rooftop patios.
Vernon's Newest Multi-Family Construction
This construction project will be a ~60 unit multi-family building in Vernon with an underground parkade. This project aims to utilize precast concrete for the structure of the building to give the owners a higher quality build that will have lower lifetime carrying costs than a typical wood-frame structure.
Built-to-Suit Industrial in Lake Country
One of our upcoming projects is a ~25,000 sq ft build-to-suit industrial site in Lake Country. This multi-bay industrial project will add inventory to a market sector with minimal supply. This project is currently in the planning/drawings stage.
Wood-Frame Multi-Family Project in Kelowna
This construction project in Kelowna will be a ~90 unit multi-family wood-frame structure with a ground level parkade under a suspended slab. This project is set to start in Q2 of 2022 and will add much-needed inventory to the rental market in Kelowna.
Purpose-Built Multi-Family Rental Project in Kelowna
This wood frame building will be comprised of 50 purpose-built rental units. The structure will also include a single story below grade parkade as an added value feature for renters. Stretch is currently driving the design and coordinating with engineers.
Design-Build Multi-Family Project in Kelowna
Our team will be designing and building this wood frame purpose-built rental building which includes approximately 90 beautifully designed units. It also features a single floor underground parkade for residents to utilize.
Construction will start in early 2024.
