This new mixed-use project will be located in downtown Kelowna. You will find retail, office and residential spaces within this impressive mid-rise tower.

Vernon's Newest Multi-Family Construction

This construction project will be a ~60 unit multi-family building in Vernon with an underground parkade. The location will allow residents to experience amazing views of the Okanagan Valley. This project will give the owners a higher quality build that will have lower lifetime carrying costs.

Purpose-Built Multi-Family Rental Project in Kelowna

This wood frame building will be comprised of 50 purpose-built rental units. The structure will also include a single story below grade parkade as an added value feature for renters. Stretch is currently driving the design and coordinating with engineers.

Design-Build Multi-Family Project in Kelowna

Our team will be designing and building this wood frame purpose-built rental building which includes approximately 90 beautifully designed units. It also features a single floor underground parkade for residents to utilize. 

Construction will start in early 2024.

Stretch is excited to be working on this new six-storey apartment building featuring 117 residential units. There will be variety in this building as the units will range from bachelors to three bedrooms. The residents will also be able to benefit from ample parking spaces in Kelowna.

99 rental units that are a mix of bachelor (micro suites), one and two bedroom units will be spread across this six-storey rental building.

A portion of the roof will be used as communal space for residents, while the remaining will be made with a cool roof to reduce the heat island effect.
