Stretch is excited to be working on this new six-storey apartment building featuring 117 residential units. There will be variety in this building as the units will range from bachelors to three bedrooms. The residents will also be able to benefit from ample parking spaces in Kelowna.

99 rental units that are a mix of bachelor (micro suites), one and two bedroom units will be spread across this six-storey rental building.
A portion of the roof will be used as communal space for residents, while the remaining will be made with a cool roof to reduce the heat island effect.
32 Backstreet Blvd
Penticton, BC
Both residents and business owners should be on the lookout for this new construction project coming to Backstreet Blvd in Penticton. This 66-unit rental project in the heart of downtown Penticton. Will have three commercial rental units. This mixed use building will be another exciting addition to the downtown core that will add much needed rental stock to Penticton. Stretch Construction is slated to begin construction of this project in Q1 of 2026.
Flex Academy
Kelowna, BC
Stretch Construction is excited to have been selected to construct this new educational facility in Kelowna. The building will be designed to accommodate the unique needs of Flex Academy with its unique hybrid model, which combines the best of campus and online learning. The school will be approximately 42,000 square feet. Construction is slated to commence in Spring of 2026.
