LEDGE ON LAKESHORE TOWNHOUSES
These townhouses being constructed by Stretch are the first phase of a larger, multi-use project in Kelowna. The first phases will include 200 units, with high-end finishes throughout each unit.
The Ledge on Lakeshore townhouses feature a unique construction style. The multi-family structures will be built using wood-frame walls and roofs, and the floors will be constructed from concrete.

Mara at Pandosy Village
Mara at Pandosy Village is a multi-family building that is in the process of being constructed in Kelowna, BC. This structure will have 99 studio residences. This 5-storey residential building will include a parkade and a large rooftop terrace which all residents can access.
This project is currently under construction.
Chances Casino Kelowna
Stretch is excited to work with Chances Casino Kelowna on their new addition. Our team will be adding space to two sides of their existing structure. These additions will add much needed space to their busy facility. This construction project will be commencing in April 2023. Completion is slated for Spring 2024.
