2324 Government Street
Penticton, BC
A new 11,000 square foot industrial project is underway in Penticton, BC. New light-industrial projects don’t happen very often in that market, so this project will be an exciting addition to the South Okanagan. These industrial buildings will be the perfect location for both large and small businesses with 24-26’ ceiling heights. The industrial buildings will also offer multiple 14’ overhead doors and grade loading. Construction will be completed in Q4 of 2025.
681 Wardlaw Avenue
Kelowna, BC

The construction project is set in a very desirable location that’s within walking distance of both Kelowna General Hospital and Okanagan College, making it an ideal place to call home for hospital staff and college students alike. Demolition and site work is set to begin in March 2025.
